Announcements: |
- Kindergarten registration for the Madison Local
School District will be held at each elementary
school February 27 through March 9, 2012 from 8:00
a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Kindergarten will be held all-day,
Monday – Friday. Children must be five years
old on or before August 1 to enroll in kindergarten.
Parents must bring the following to register their
child: birth certificate of child, immunization
record, child’s social security card, proof of
residency (utility bill), and current custody papers
if applicable. Parents should register their
child at the school building where their child will
attend.

Attendance:
- Please send a note or call us if your child is being
picked up at school, or if you know in advance that your
child will be absent from school. Communicating with
parents is important to us, and your help is much
appreciated!
Box Tops
- We are collecting box tops and campbell’s soup
labels for our school again this school year
(2011-2012). Thanks for your support this past school
year!
Dear Parents,
We are off to a great start here at Madison South. The
students and staff have joined together well and we are excited
about our new bigger building. There are many great things going
on here, we have a new school wide behavior plan that rewards
good behavior. Students earn Ram Bucks by demonstrating good
behavior and they can spend them at the store for a variety of
items. We will also be rewarding students who stay on green all
month with a special event at the end of each month. There will
also be awards for grades, attendance and citizenship at the end
of every nine weeks.
Conferences are coming up on November 3 and November 8 from
4:30-7:30 each night please feel free to call and schedule one
if you have not done so already.
